I capture the story of your wedding day through photographs as it unfolds, I do this without directing or posing the key moments. I disappear into the background so I can capture the true emotion as it happens resulting in emotive, timeless photographs.

Documentary wedding photography is when a photographer uses photographs to tell a story, to document the story of what is happening on the day they have been commissioned bring their camera.Documentary has certainly been derived from photojournalism. However there is one subtle difference, photojournalism is all about documenting moments as they happen, there is no post processing and little if any editing. It’s simple raw photographs.
Documentary photography on the other hand starts out as photojournalism but then has a few subtle tweaks, post processing to make it visually more appealing, to add an artistic touch or maybe remove the bright green fire exit sign that is just in the way of the perfect shot. View full post….
